Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person may keep, deliver, or distribute access media with the knowledge that it is intended to be used for a crime or intended to be used for a crime. However, the Defendant would offer one million won per week if he/she delivers a card to be used for washing money around October 2017.

3. A person may not store, deliver, or distribute access media with the knowledge that it is intended to be used for a crime or intended to be used for a crime, but the Defendant, at around 11:15 on October 16, 2017, delivered to G a copy of the Han Bank C Card (the card No. B) in the name of Han Bank Co., Ltd. listed in paragraph (1) at the exit No. 1 located in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul around 11:15 on October 16, 2017.

In this respect, the defendant is used for crime or crime.
