Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for the payment of KRW 29,00,000 on the first unit market price of the 2016-Sart Motor Vehicle.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. A person who participated in the “D” Games hosted and supervised by the Defendants (hereinafter “instant Games”); Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) is a company aimed at planning performance and cultural events; and Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) is a corporation with the purpose of golf games and golf dialogue projects. The organizer of the instant Games is Defendant B, and the supervisor is the Defendants.
B. From May 31, 2016 to June 2, 2016, the instant games hosted and supervised by the Defendants were conducted at the instant golf course with E 18 holes, F 27 holes, and G18 holes in Jeju-do.
C. Before the instant games were held, the Defendant Association’s Round had publicly announced the following contents:

D. In the instant Games, Jeju-do residents participated in 12 teams and 12.5 teams, and the Plaintiff participated in the instant Games, and the number of electors was achieved at 3 holes on June 1, 2016.
E. After having achieved the number of persons who were negligent, the Plaintiff requested to deliver a unitd motor vehicle as publicly notified because he/she achieved the number of persons who were related to the games at the site. However, the instant games were held.
