Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On July 24, 2006, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million with a fine of KRW 2 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Suwon District Court’s House on July 24, 2006, and on March 26, 2010, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million with the same crime from the Daejeon District Court’s Incheon District Court’s Support.
[Criminal facts]
1. On February 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol at around 21:09, while driving a Poter vehicle at C while parking the said Poter vehicle at the center line of the one-lane road in Asan City, Asan-si; (b) was dispatched to the said site by a slope victim F (43 years old) and patrolman, who belongs to Asan-si Police Station E box, in receipt of a 112 report, and was called to the said site; (c) the said G was forced to patrol the vehicle behind the said Poter vehicle at a point 20 meters away from that of the above Poter vehicle to prevent the occurrence of a traffic accident; and (d) the victim demanded the Defendant to take a drinking test by leaving the lock of the said Poter vehicle at the point of 20 meters away from that of the above Poter vehicle, but the Defendant did not comply with this without complying with the demand.
After the locking, the Defendant opened the door of the vehicle and started to see the side in the vicinity of the center line, and the victim took a seat again in the driver’s seat of the vehicle in question and tried to deduct the key of the vehicle in question by inserting the body into the vehicle in question, and the Defendant was the victim “Iskh and Iskhh to see why Ish to do so.”
