Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around October 22:30, 2013, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s main business by force for about 30 minutes, such as: (a) around October 22:30, 2013, the Defendant ordered the “Eju” operated by Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City C Victim D (n, 52 years of age); (b) ordered alcohol and an amount equivalent to KRW 200,000,000,000, and subsequently demanded the alcohol value; and (c) the victim expressed a desire to the victim, and returned to a large interest, thereby obstructing the victim’s main business.

2. At the time and place set forth in Paragraph 1, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by referring the victim to “I cannot re-explost if I want to look at the case from the head of Seoul Mine Police Station, the police box affiliated with the F police box, and other persons, such as the above D, while being asked questions about the case by the victim G at the time and place set forth in the Seoul Mine Police Station’s 112 report that the Defendant avoided the disturbance, and other persons, such as the above D., “I do not have any re-explosion.” If I am fried, I do not hear the young flap, and I do not hear the flap, then I am the young flap.”
