1. No person shall arrange the purchase of sex by a child or juvenile (referring to a person under the age of 19) or provide brokerage information in an information and communications network for the purchase of sex by a child or juvenile in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (mediation, etc. of business activities) of Defendant A and Defendant B;

A. From June 27, 2016, the Defendants jointly committed the crimes of Defendant A and Defendant B, with the knowledge of the fact that the first-year G (13 years old) was a child or juvenile at the home of Defendant A located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and had G report the remaining proposal to the Defendants posted on the “H” bulletin board, carrying the phone, and had C and the J church parking lot located in the Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, with the Defendant’s KRW 160,00 won, and the rest of the Defendants, with the Defendant’s KRW 60,000,000,000 from June 27, 2016 to July 2, 2016, the Defendants reported that they were children and juveniles to be children and juveniles, and had the Defendants enter the rest of the 160,000,000 won on the bulletin board as above, and had the rest of the 160,000,000 won to G and the rest of the 160,0,00,00.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to arrange the purchase of sex by children and juveniles, or provided brokerage information on the H’s bulletin board, which is an information and communications network-based mobile-line display.

B. On July 2, 2016, the Defendant committed the single crime of Defendant B, along with G around July 2, 2016, moved the said A’s house to the Defendant’s friendship house located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, and thereafter, he/she had G five times in total from July 2, 2016 to July 4, 2016, as shown in attached Table 2.
