Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CM5 car.

On August 2, 2014, the Defendant proceeded with a one-lane road in front of the Gu cleaning surface office, which is located in the cleaning area at the time of Boncheon on August 2, 2014, at approximately 60 km each hour from the luminous flood control area to the luminous slope.
