Where a corporation's assets are donated to a special person without compensation, the provisions of the wrongful calculation calculation shall apply in calculating the income amount for each business year to which the date of actual donation belongs.

In the case of your inquiry, it is impossible to make an accurate reply because it is unclear that the ownership of the land owned by the corporation is transferred to the investment officer, but the application of the Corporate Tax Act to the assets not registered under the name of the corporation is based on General Rule 1-2-9.3 of the Corporate Tax Act, and if the assets owned by the corporation are donated to the specially related person without compensation, the provision of wrongful calculation under Article 20 of the Corporate Tax Act shall apply in calculating the income amount
