Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who operates “H” main points in Daegu-gu G.

At around 00:45 on November 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received a request to provide a contact loan from an unexplosive customer; (b) contacted the sidewalk operated by E to the above main point; and (c) made the said female contact to attract the entertainment of male customers; and (d) made the said female contact to provide an unexplosive male customer with an “old type” call within the said main point; (c) in return, by allowing the said female contact to provide an unexplosive customer with a sexual intercourse, 1.60,00 won from the customers, 2.60,000 won in total, from the time to October 10, 2015, the Defendant arranged sexual traffic, including arranging sexual traffic, by allowing the said female contact to receive KRW 3.60,000,000 won in total from the customers; and (d) arranging sexual traffic as indicated in the Attached Table No. 103 through 112.

2. Defendant B is a person who operates the “J” main points in Daegu Seogu Office I.

At around 21:40 on November 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received a request from the above “J” main point of “J”; (b) provided two female contact loans to the sidewalk operated by E; (c) provided the said female contact to the said main point; (d) provided the said female contact to encourage the male visitors to provide entertainment; and (e) provided the said female contact within the said main point; (c) provided the said female contact to provide the “old type” call for sexual intercourse; and (d) provided the said female contact to receive KRW 120,00 won from the customers and KRW 40,000,000,000 from the time to October 6, 2015; and (e) provided the said female contact to receive KRW 525,00,000,000,000,000 from the time to time of engaging in the sexual traffic; and (e) arranged the sexual traffic as indicated in attached Table No. 78 through 102.
