A and B shall be punished by a fine of 400,000 won and by a fine of 3,00,000 won, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A and Defendant B belong to a “D” sidewalk without a certain occupation and work as a “singing machine”. Defendant C opened a “D” name with the trade name “D” in the middle of 2017 and operated from that time until February 7, 2018.

1. No Defendants A and B shall drink alcoholic beverages with customers, or provide entertainment to customers by singing or dancing in a singing practice place for profit;

Nevertheless, around December 19, 2017, Defendant A and Defendant B received 35,00 won per hour for profit from the “Finginging practice hall” on the first floor of the building in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and provided entertainment to customers by drinking alcohol with four male men who enter the said singing practice hall “1 room” as well as drinking alcohol and dancing and singing.

2. A person who intends to provide domestic fee-charging job placement services shall register with the head of the Special Self-Governing Province branch office, Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over the location of the principal place of business.

Nevertheless, Defendant 1 operated “D” alone from the opening date of the above business to February 7, 2018, with the trade name of “D” and operated “D”. Defendant A (n, 26 years old), B (n, 35 years old), etc., waiting for a female contact loan to the passenger in Gland, and introduced “F Sing practice place” in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and then temporarily employed. Defendant 1 received KRW 5,000 out of the entertainment expense per hour received from customers as job placement expenses.

Accordingly, the defendant did not register but provided domestic pay job placement service.
