Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a project owner who is constructing Pyeongtaek-si B building.

On October 23, 2015, from around 11:10 on the same day to around 11:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) parked in a string manner to prevent vehicles parked by the public transportation of the Pyeongtaek-si Office and the traffic guidance team C using a D control vehicle in front of Pyeongtaek-si B; and (b) obstructed the traffic of the two-lane general road from going to and from about 20 minutes by blocking the traffic of the Defendant’s wife by using the Belgium car car volume (E); and (c) blocking the traffic of the two-lane general road from around 20 minutes to and from the point where many unspecified people pass.
