The motion of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
An applicant who has requested the appointment of a public representative by taking charge of adjudication on constitutional complaint revoking a non-prosecution disposition not to institute a public prosecution, shall be subject to the proviso of Article 70(3) of the Constitutional Court Act, so it shall be determined as per Disposition.
