When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 21, 2018, the Defendant entered the second partitions of women's toilets in order to look at D (W, 32 years of age) from Jin-si Women's toilets in Jin-si, Seoul around 20:4 on April 21, 2018, and the victim viewed the urine as a creh, the Defendant intruded into the above female toilets used by an unspecified number of people, and did not comply with the demand to leave from E (W, 17 years of age) going into women's toilets.
