1. The defendant shall pay 48,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from September 7, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

(2) Judgment by public notice of applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) shall be rendered by public notice.

The reason for partial dismissal of the claim for damages for delay is that the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to June 1, 2019 is applied according to the amendment of “the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings”.
