Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On April 14:11, 2016, the Defendant crossed the F cafeteria road in front of the F cafeteria E from the F cafeteria to the F cafeteria and the opposite road at the speed of about 20km along that between the two roads.

It is a road with a frequent and limited speed of 80km per hour, and it is possible to enter the said gas station to cross the three-lane road at a short range of about 20 meters, so in such a case, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to ensure a sufficient safety distance by properly examining whether other vehicles are travelling or not, and to prevent accidents in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and got the victim H (the age of 37) who was driving a Gununst car at the same lane of the above road due to the negligence of crossing the vehicle as it is, but tried to rapidly avoid the above rocketing car, and was dissatisfyed three times again.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as scarfing a chest that requires medical treatment for about 14 weeks by occupational negligence as above, and at the same time, the Defendant did not stop immediately to the extent that the said rocketing car should be scrapped, and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as aiding the victim.
