The defendant shall be innocent.

The summary of the facts charged of this case is as stated in the part of the indictment against the defendant in the annexed crime, and the prosecutor has filed the prosecution of this case against the defendant who is the employer of C other than the indictment, as the crime falling under Article 86 and Article 83 (1) 2 of the former Road Act (amended by Act No. 7832 of Dec. 30, 2005, and amended by Act No. 8976 of Mar. 21, 2008). The indictment of this case was filed against the defendant who is the agent, employee or other worker of the corporation, who committed the act of violation as prescribed in Article 83 (1) 2 of the former Act, "if the agent, employee or other worker of the corporation commits the act of violation as prescribed in Article 83 (1) 2 of the Act, the fine as prescribed in the corresponding Article shall also be imposed on the corporation, and as such, Article 208Hun-Ga17 of the same Act has become retroactively null and void.
