Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 18, 2016, at around 20:07, the Defendant connected NAV (C) to the Defendant’s residence located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and then posted NAV on the bulletin board of the current issues and issues related to D’s “E” as the “E” at the bottom of the notice citing the four major projects in the instant item, and the Defendant’s impression that many people would be flicked by peace due to this flick of the Party.

Along with the posting of comments on the above carpets, the said carpets made a public insult of D through a total of 10 times, such as the posting of comments on the bulletin board that the above carpets can see, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 1.
