A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On October 10, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to five years of imprisonment in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Rape, etc.) at the Gangnam District Court's Gangnam Branch Branch Office, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 29, 2018.

1. No person who violates Emergency Medical Services Act shall interfere with the rescue, transfer, first-aid or medical treatment of an emergency patient by emergency medical personnel by means of violence, intimidation, deceptive scheme, threat of force or other means;

Nevertheless, around 07:35 on August 29, 2018, the Defendant requested the victim D, who is an emergency room in the C Hospital emergency room in Bupyeong-si B, to promptly treat the Defendant’s left hand. However, the Defendant heard the victim’s speech to the effect that the victim would not be able to give medical treatment in the order of another patient, and obstructed the emergency medical personnel’s treatment of the emergency medical personnel by making the victim’s left hand over twice.

2. At around 10:50 on the same day as paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant: (a) was under influence of alcohol in front of Bupyeong-si; (b) and (c) reported 112, “Abscam under influence of alcohol; (c) was sent to the scene and demanded the police officers to invalid at the seat G of the F District of the House of the House of the Busan, U.S. Police Station, which was called “Abscam,” and “Abscam kbbling.” On the ground that the above police officers do not take a taxi, they pushed the police officers’ body of the balscam on the ground that they did not take a taxi; (d) pushed the bals of the above G; and (e) pushed the chest of the police officer who was under influence of alcohol at his seat at once; and (e) interfered with the legitimate execution of the police officer’s report on the above left hand by hand; and (e) interfered with the execution of one police officer’s duty.
