Punishment of the crime

On September 2012, the Defendant, at the scophtp, visited the Internet “C” site (http:/www.Wwededok.com) operated by the web hard service method at the scopic room in which the trade name in the Gwangju Minedong cannot be known, set up the “E” as a film where the victim D had an author’s property right.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the author’s property right by allowing many unspecified persons to access the above site and download the film, and distributing the victim’s work without permission.

On October 2012, the Defendant, at the PC room located in Gwangju Mine-gu, called “C” to the file file file reading (http:/www.wwdedok.com) in the name of the Defendant, and then opened the novel files with “L” owned by the victim G, “L” owned by the victim K, “N” owned by the victim K, “N”, “N” owned by the victim M, “O”, and “P” without the victim’s consent.

Accordingly, the defendant infringed on the copyright of the victims.
