Defendants are not guilty.

1. The summary of the facts charged is Defendant A’s husband, who is specialized in singing in Gwangju.

Defendant

B, on August 23, 2010, leased a 2nd 72.36 square meters (hereinafter “instant building”) among the 4th F-based buildings in Nam-gu in Gwangju, Nam-gu, Gwangju (hereinafter “instant building”), and completed the report of a publicly-used establishment with the purport of operating a singing practice room equipped with two rooms (not the main and internal toilets) in the instant building in relation to the standards for the facilities of singing practice room, and completed the registration of a singing practice room business with the trade name “G” in accordance with the Music Industry Promotion Act, in relation to the standards for the facilities of singing practice room.

However, contrary to the initial report on the Southern Southern Fire Fighting Station in Gwangju, Defendant B completed the construction of a singing room in which four rooms, kitchens, and interior toilets are installed on the part of the unauthorized building connected to the instant building (hereinafter “instant unauthorized building”) and started to operate a singing room (hereinafter “instant singing room”) from October 2010 along with Defendant A.

In transferring the rights and facilities to the instant singing, the Defendants: (a) are located in the part of the instant unauthorized building under the principle of good faith; (b) are located in the part of the instant unauthorized building; (c) the part of the registration of the singing practice room business for the instant singing and the certification of the completion of fire fighting systems; and (d) there are only two rooms installed in the instant singing practice room; and (c) there are no reports filed by the Defendants to modify the internal structure of the place of business in accordance with the Special Act on the Safety Control of Publicly Used Establishments, in the case of the two rooms installed additionally in the instant singing practice; and
