1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 317,789,00 with respect to the Plaintiff and the period from February 2, 2018 to May 23, 2019.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff as a party is a corporation established for the purpose of the business of operating the crowdfunding, etc., and the Defendants are co-owners of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant building”) (one-half each ownership).
B. Article 1 (Contract Details) of the Agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendants
1. The lessor shall lease the following subject matters to the lessee, and the lessee shall lease them:
