A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

At around 13:00 on January 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) placed female clothing equivalent to KRW 149,500 in the market price, such as a 64,000 Sweweg and a sweging 85,500 in the market price of the victim’s ownership displayed there; and (b) cut off female clothing at the Defendant’s house.
