Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

On March 10, 2017, around 14:00, the Defendant driven a coo vehicle in B without a driver’s license from around about about 500 meters away from the vicinity of a scarcity in the Seogu Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City to the front way of a movable apartment in the same two Dongs of the same Gu.
