Punishment of the crime

On February 28, 2016, the Defendant, at around 00:30, at around 00, at around 30, at the C cafeteria located in Daegu Northern-gu B, hereinafter “Mina, C Ma, C Ma, and C 46 years of age,” saw the victim’s head as his hand at one time, and assaulted the victim’s head at the same place at around 01:04 on the same day by 4-5.
