1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 165,077,462 as well as 20% per annum from October 31, 2014 to the date of full payment.

The plaintiff asserts that he/she has the obligation to pay 165,077,462 won to the defendant the price for the goods. Thus, the plaintiff supplied clothing to the defendant from around 2012 to August 2014, and the fact that the remaining price was a total of 165,07,462 is no dispute between the parties.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from October 31, 2014 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint, to the day of full payment.

The defendant's assertion is alleged to the purport that the plaintiff agreed to determine the amount at the time when the transaction is terminated, but there is no evidence to acknowledge it.

In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
