A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 31, 2018, at around 23:20, the Defendant: (a) Dazed the victim D (29 taxes) who was a guest and was on the next table table of the Daejeon Pung-gu B and the second floor “C” in the influence of alcohol on July 31, 2018; and (b) Dazed the victim D (29 taxes) who was a guest under the influence of alcohol.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
