A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty thousand won.

However, the above imprisonment for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although a person who intends to convert a mountainous district intends to obtain permission from the Minister of the Korea Forest Service, he/she did not obtain permission for conversion of a mountainous district and, on December 18, 2014, the Defendant converted a mountainous district into a total of 7,209 square meters from around that time to December 27, 2014 without permission, by using a digging hole of 15,78 square meters among 15,78 square meters of land in Seopo-si, Seopo-si. In addition, the Defendant converted a mountainous district into a total of 7,209 square meters from that time to December 27, 2014.
