1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. Of the first floor of the building indicated in the attached list, the attached Form No. 102 square meters (28.08 square meters) shall be indicated.
Reasons
1. On March 14, 2014, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and leased the lease deposit of KRW 3 million, KRW 300,000 per month (including management expenses, KRW 20,000,000 per month), and KRW 15,000 per month from March 15, 2014 to March 15, 2015.
The lease term was extended by March 15, 2016.
Since the Defendant is in arrears with the payment from May 2015, the Plaintiff terminated the lease contract by serving a duplicate of the instant complaint.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to deliver the above 102 units to the plaintiff and pay the amount of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent or rent of KRW 300,000 per month from May 15, 2015 to the completion date of the above delivery.
