1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 as well as the annual rate of KRW 5% from December 30, 2018 to January 8, 2020 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act (self-conduitation) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the following cases: (a) a creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff; and (b) a debtor shall be deemed the defendant.
