1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. In relation to the area of 694m2 of the B road in Pakistan-si, the Goyang-gu District Court of the Republic of Korea shall be the registration office of Goyang-gu.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff’s inheritance relationship (1) D died on October 12, 1947, and E succeeded to the family head and property of D.

(2) On January 7, 1997, E died, and the Plaintiff was the only heir at the time of death.

(3) The Plaintiff’s preferred-friendly D is the original sports group F, and the Chinese name is G.

The name of H was changed to H in 1914, but the name was changed to H in 1930.

(4) In the official records held by the J in the case of Pakistan, it was impossible to ascertain the person D(G) in the case of Pakistan.

B. The instant land rights relation (1) 1, 2, K-gun 1, 5 mal. K-gun 1, 5 mal. K-gun 1, 5 mal., were assessed against L (G and address) during the Japanese colonial era. The forest register for the land restored was entered as the owner in which the said L was assessed. On November 4, 1975, the said forest was divided into 1, 5 mal, 5 mal and B 7 mal, and the said forest was divided into mal, mal and 1, mal, mal, mal., mal, mal., mal., mal., 694 mal.

The land described in the subsection (hereinafter referred to as “instant land”) became the land.

On the other hand, the defendant is ordered to do so on October 8, 1981.

The registration of preservation of ownership has been completed as described in the paragraph, and now, it has been used as access roads from the Army unit under the defendant's control.

(2) The 1st unit of N Forest land in Pakistan-gun was assessed against L (G and forest survey site’s address column) at the time of the Japanese occupation occupation. The land was additionally restored to C on October 28, 1964 at 495 square meters prior to C on October 28, 1964, and the 495 square meters thereafter was converted to 1,636 square meters and registered, and then, the land was 1-B.

The land described in the subsection (hereinafter referred to as “instant 2 land”) became the land.

On the other hand, the defendant is ordered to make a decision 1-B on October 13, 1995.

The registration of ownership preservation has been completed as stated in the paragraph.

(3) According to a copy of Jwondo and forestry map, the instant land 2 is in contact with the said K forest.
