Basic Facts

The dispute between the members of the AK church is a branch church belonging to the AL Religious Organization (hereinafter referred to as the "AL Religious Organization") AMo's Association (hereinafter referred to as the "AM's Association"), which has developed N around 1988.

From around 2008 before and after the construction of the training hall for the development of the training hall, the AK church had a dispute between the members of the church (hereinafter referred to as the "Plaintiff members") who concealed N over the operation of the church and the elbling of church property embezzlement within the church and the opposing members (hereinafter referred to as "the Defendant members").

On November 29, 2010, NN was indicted on November 29, 201 by Seoul Southern District Court 201Dahap547 on December 2, 201 and was detained by the law on the same day on the grounds of occupational embezzlement of church properties.

NN was sentenced to a conviction of two-year imprisonment in the appellate court (Seoul High Court 2012No3141) after reversal and return, and on May 24, 2013, the Supreme Court (2013Do3734) dismissed the above judgment and became final and conclusive as it is.

NN was released on August 14, 2013.

On July 1, 2011, the AMF association, which belongs to the division of the AMF association and the AMF association affiliated with the AMF association, has passed a resolution on the establishment of the AMF association and the establishment of the AMF association to establish the AMF association by convening the 2nd temporary union on July 1, 201, and has filed a petition for the division of the association to obtain the approval of the establishment of the AL Religious organization.
