The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the charged facts of this case guilty on the grounds that there is no proof of crime, and found the defendant not guilty. There is no error of exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or violating the principle of trial priority and the principle of direct deliberation, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
