1. Among lawsuits related to the primary claim, the plaintiffs' defendant Asian Trust Co., Ltd. and defendant Dongdong Construction Industry.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. 1) The Plaintiffs are the parties to the instant apartment complex G in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “instant apartment complex”).

2) On December 18, 2009, Defendant Asian Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Asian Trust”) concluded a management-type land trust agreement with the instant apartment on December 18, 2009, and was entrusted with the construction and sale business of the instant apartment. The seller of the instant apartment is the seller of the instant apartment, and the East Asian Construction Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Dong Asian Construction Industry”) is the contractor of the instant apartment.

B. On each of the contract date, Defendant Asian Trust paid the corresponding amount as the down payment stated in the column of the down payment as the down payment on each of the contract date, and as a contractor, Dong Asian Construction Industry was a contractor.
