Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 02:23, 2017, at around 02:23, the Defendant: (b) opened the back correction device and intruded into the victim’s “D” operated by Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B 1st floor C; and (c) stolen 1 unit of television equivalent to KRW 3.70,000,000, the market value of the victim’s ownership at the location, and KRW 180,000,000.

1. From July 7, 2017, around 03:00 on July 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) when drinking alcohol at the convenience store located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant: (b) went to the door-to-door store in Gangdong-gu, Seoul; and (c) attempted to open the door-to-door door of the building in H at least 03:06 on the same day; and (d) attempted to open the door-to-door door of the building in H at around 03:06 on the same day, the Defendant opened and intruded the door-to-door door of the building in H; (b) 50,000 won at the market price of the victim I owned.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the property.

On July 7, 2017, at around 04:06, the Defendant: (a) confirmed that there was no concern about the surrounding areas; and (b) used a stolen strip extraction as described in paragraph 1, the Defendant continued to enter the locking system of the steel entrance, which was installed at the entrance of the said duster, and continued to enter the locking system, which was installed at the entrance of the said duster, and kept in custody below the calculation unit, with a safe consisting of 60,000 won in cash, owned by the victim J.
Accordingly, the Defendant stolen property after destroying the locking device of a structure managed by the injured party.
