Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, the defendants are above two years.

Punishment of the crime

[Defendant A]

1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint destruction, damage, etc.) and interference with business on May 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) destroyed 8 scrapers equivalent to 120,000 won at the market price of the victim, who was the main part of the victim E, and caused customers, who were in the main part of the victim E, to get out of the play, by avoiding a disturbance for about 10 minutes through a 120,000 won in the market price of the victim’s possession, in a manner that they walk up with the string of the stringer, while assaulting G and H, and in combination with I in the next part, walk up with the stringer.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property in collaboration with I, and interfered with the victim's bar business by force in collusion with I.
