1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff entered the Republic of Korea on a short-term visit (C-3) on April 28, 2014, and applied for refugee status to the Defendant on July 16, 2015.

B. On April 3, 2017, the Defendant rendered a decision to deny refugee status (hereinafter “instant disposition”) on the ground that the Plaintiff cannot be deemed as having “a sufficiently-founded fear of persecution” as stipulated in Article 1 of the Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees (hereinafter “Refugee Convention”) and Article 1 of the Protocol Relating to the Status of Refugees.

C. As to this, the Plaintiff filed an objection with the Minister of Justice on May 8, 2017, but the objection was dismissed on December 7, 2017.

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful
