A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. In the C administrative agent office operated by the victim C (57 years of age) of 15:00 on June 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) expressed to another person as if the victim had sexual intercourse with another person as if he/she had sexual intercourse with the female who is the director of the management office in charge of the Defendant, the Defendant: (b) tried to remove the victim’s head on two occasions with a net value, which is a dangerous object prepared in advance, with the victim’s head, and (c) tried to remove the victim’s head on two occasions in the process of blocking the victim’s hand; (d) the victim took hand to the above net value; and (e) the victim took hand over the bridge of the victim; and (e) the victim took 2 hand and hand over the part of the victim’s hand when he/she had no kneee in the above net part beyond the victim’s hand.

2. In the same time, at the same place, as described in paragraph 1, the Defendant damaged the above keyboard and the above person who caused a disturbance to go beyond the keyboard by pushing a computer monitor on his/her books in the process of avoiding the disturbance, such as as described in paragraph 1 at the same time and place. The Defendant damaged the said keyboard and the above person who caused damage to the victim’s market price by breaking up the keyboard and the above-mentioned person in total at a network, which is a dangerous object.

3. The Defendant interfered with the business affairs of the victim’s administrative agent office by force, such as: (a) failure to properly perform the duties, such as preparing a certificate of content, for the purpose of preventing disturbance from being brought to customers by avoiding disturbance, at the same time, at the same place; and (b) the same time and place
