1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The following: (a) the Plaintiff was determined at a third degree of disability due to a heart disability; (b) the Defendant, based on the criteria for determination amended on November 9, 2012, based on the revised criteria, did not constitute a class of disability in the standard disability grade (the Plaintiff received 13 points as a result of the conversion of the core disability points; and (c) the Plaintiff shall undergo at least 20 points to obtain the third degree of disability in order
(A) On May 23, 2014, the Plaintiff applied for a re-examination of the grade of a heart disorder on the ground that the result of the re-examination of the grade of a heart disorder was 14 points. However, on June 16, 2014, the Defendant rendered a non-grade decision (14 points as a result of the re-evaluation of the grade of a heart disorder and the points for each item are considered as follows).

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful
A. Examining the facts of recognition in addition to the purport of the entire pleadings in the statement No. 6 and No. 1, the result of converting the heart disability points under the examination document submitted by the Plaintiff to the Defendant on May 16, 2014 (hereinafter “the instant examination document”) and the result of converting the heart disability points of the instant disposition into the heart disability points of the instant disposition, may be recognized as follows.
