A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The hours of the victim C’s “D” restaurant operated in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government is from 11:00 to 14:00. The hours of the 14:00 to 16:30. On January 31, 2018, from around 10:30 to 14:15, the Defendant: (a) had a meal in the said restaurant; (b) had other customers, who had provided meals in the said restaurant, resisted with sound, humping with a large volume of sound, or repeatedly repeated committing an act, such as harming a shot, etc.; and (c) had other customers, who had provided meals in the said restaurant, resisted hump, etc.; and (d) had e/F, an employee, etc., expressed that humping would have been bad in the customer stand.

Since then, the defendant received 112 reports at the above restaurant at around 14:20 on the same day and received the request from the police officers and C, the representative of the above restaurant, for the completion of the business of the above restaurant, he did not comply with the request, and he took a bath to the police officers and C.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.

2. At around 13:30 on January 31, 2018, the Defendant: (a) heard the explanation from the victim E, such as the closure of the morning business hours and the preparation time of materials, and (b) took a bath to the victim, such as the voice of the victim, “Chop, hump,” which read “Chop, hump,” in which the customers on the F and name in the above restaurant are heard, who are employees of the above restaurant, and the customers on the name in which they are heard.

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.
