1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 as well as the interest rate of KRW 17.1% from November 1, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On September 25, 2015, the Plaintiff, under Defendant C’s joint and several sureties’s joint and several sureties, set the interest of KRW 1.5 million to Defendant B at KRW 1.5 million per month.

B. The Defendants paid to the Plaintiff a total of KRW 3 million on April 30, 2016, and KRW 5 million on June 1, 2016, with the repayment of principal of the said borrowed amount, and paid the Plaintiff a total of KRW 5 million until October 2016.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay interest or delay damages at the rate of 17.3% per annum, which is the agreed interest rate from November 1, 2016 to the date of full payment.

3. Thus, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified.
