1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 25,00,000 for the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s 13.44% per annum from February 9, 2015 to August 18, 2016; and (b).

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, from October 2014 to November 2014, lent a total of KRW 25 million to the Defendant, and the Defendant agreed on February 9, 2015 to pay to the Plaintiff the amount calculated by 13.44% per annum as interest on the said loan. As such, the Plaintiff’s claim for the principal and interest on the loan was made.
