Criminal facts

On May 1, 2019, the Defendant accepted the proposal that “When sending a e-mail card for interest payment, 3 million won will be loaned on condition of 5% per month.” On May 16, 2019, the Defendant sent a copy of the e-mail card connected to the e-mail bank account under the name of the Defendant to the place designated by the e-mail bank account under the name of the Defendant at the Sung-si, Chang-gu, Sungwon-si, Chang-si., the Defendant sent a copy of the e-mail card connected to the e-mail bank account under the name of the Defendant at around 14:30.

Accordingly, the Defendant promised to provide compensation and lent the means of access.

Unfavorable circumstances: The defendant has a record of being punished for the same kind of crime.

There is no material to deem that the means of access leased by the Defendant was actually used for the fraud, and that the damage was fully recovered.
