1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 540,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 31, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. On September 29, 2005, the CF concluded a sales contract (hereinafter “Nonindicted Cooperative”) purchased the amount of KRW 9,000 (hereinafter “the instant forest”) from the Defendant for KRW 5.4 billion in the purchase price. On the same day, the Defendant paid the down payment of KRW 540 million (hereinafter “the instant down payment”).

The main contents of the above sales contract concluded between the non-party union and the defendant (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) are as follows.

Article 4 The seller shall completely remove the defectiveness, unpaid charges, etc. of the right to impose restrictions on the exercise of full ownership.

Provided, That the same shall not apply where succession has been made by mutual agreement.

1. Trading amount: 5.4 billion won (6.6 billion won/pon);

2. Number of trade: approximately 9,000 square meters;

3. Condition for payment (1) : 5.4 million won (2) part payments: 4.66 million won (including the amount of creation of a collateral security at the time of completion of military consultation). (3) Balance: part payments of KRW 200 million (the amount of creation of a collateral security, the time of succession to the amount of creation of an industrial complex).
