Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at around 01:00 on August 27, 2015, taken a 14 seconds of the victim B (the age of 17) (the bucket), which entered short of 3-ro 3-ro 64, 54, 54, 64, 54, 64, 54, 7, 7, 50, by using the mobile phone camera function as the Defendant’s cell phone camera for approximately 14 seconds.

Where a conviction of a defendant against a sex crime subject to registration becomes final and conclusive in regard to the judgment that constitutes a sex crime subject to registration under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, the defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information under Article 42(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, and the defendant is obligated to submit personal information to a related agency

Article 47(1) and Article 49(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes shall be comprehensively considered in light of the Defendant’s age, risk of recidivism, type, motive, process, consequence and seriousness of the instant crime, the degree of disadvantage and anticipated side effects of the Defendant’s entrance due to an order to disclose or notify personal information, the preventive effect of the sexual crime subject to registration which may be achieved therefrom, the effect of the protection of the victim, the favorable circumstances as seen earlier, etc.
