The reasoning of the judgment of this court citing the judgment of the court of first instance is as follows: (a) the respective “6.5 million won” of the April, 4, 5, and 8 of the judgment of the court of first instance is deemed to be each “6.5 million won”; and (b) the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is identical to that of the judgment of the court of first instance; and
