A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Criminal facts

1. A public prosecutor of a facility to steal oil installed by drilling a hole on the oil pipelines buried underground in Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon District from November 2016 to December 2016, 2016, which had been installed by connecting hydrotensions to the stable located in D, stated “severing facilities” in the written indictment. Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with B, stolen oil from oil pipelines by using facilities to steal oil.

2. When the facility to steal the above petroleum was discovered to a police officer on August 2017, the Defendant conspireded to steal the petroleum by installing facilities to steal the petroleum in a place different from B or E on September 2017, and offered to do so in order with regard to the theft of petroleum by M, N,O, P, Q and any other place.

Defendant and E returned to YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY ACTYYYYYYYYYYYYYY ACTYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.

The defendant takes care of P at a T site and introduces accomplices, such as M, to participate in the crime.
