Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 1, 2010, the Defendant, around 19:30, sustained two weeks of the victim's face by walking back side of the victim's left side and walking side of the victim's chest side on one occasion due to its resistance, and drinking side, and caused injury to the victim, such as the inside of the mouth and the inside of the mouth, where the victim needs to receive approximately two weeks of treatment.
