Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On January 20, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months and a fine of three hundred thousand won in the Sungnam Branch of Suwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on April 25, 2016.

[Specific criminal facts] In order to raise entertainment expenses, the Defendant got money and valuables from young students and committed an act of theft using them as means of movement at the time of committing the crime.

1. A thief, around August 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) cut off a 1700,000 won of the market price owned by the victim E, where the Defendant was parked in the front of the “Dcafeteria” way in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si, by sticking the key on the “Dcafeteria” way; and (b) cut off the 1,700,000 won of the market price.

2. Suppression;

A. On August 4, 2016, at around 11:25, the Defendant: (a) laid the Victim G (18 years of age) in front of the 84 tin High School, the return of Masung-si, the Defendant: (b) laid the victim G (18 years of age) at the front of the 84 tin High School; and (c) opened the string to the above middle school; (d) led the victim into the above middle school, “I have no money,” and (e) led the victim to “I have no money,” and (e) called “I have a large amount of money, I have frighted the victim,” and (e) received one cell phone from the victim who was fluened with the cash of KRW 10,000 and KRW 800,000 of the market value.

B. On August 4, 2016, around 12:32, the Defendant: (a) directed the victim I (the 16-year-old-old older person) I (the 16-year-old older person) who used to run a place in front of the Suwon-si H, leading the victim I (the 16-year-old older person) to the within the alleyway, and (b) took the breath of “in the absence of money,” and (c) took the fright card and cash 4,000 won from the fright victim.

C. On August 4, 2016, between 13:00 and 14:00, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim J (17 years of age) who passed the place in front of the Fycheon Elementary School in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si; (b) threatened the victim J (17 years of age) with a crypted “inducing tax base.” (c) received a wall from the victim of fright, who was frighted, and then deducted the cash amount of 60,000 won in the wall.
