Punishment of the crime

1. On August 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) cut off the shock network using a kacker knife that was in possession of the victim D’s leaving from the center, and cut off the knife in the knife, which was in possession of the victim D’s leaving the center; and (b) cut off the 12,00 won of the total market price of the 10 small-scale disease in the air conditioners; and (c) destroyed part of the structure at night and stolen another’s property by entering the knife.

2. At around 04:20 to 04:40 on Nov. 8, 2014, the Defendant stolen 60,000 won in cash on the part of the victim who intrudes into the above heading room through the open entrance door, and was located on the floor.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on residence at night, and stolen the victim's things.
