A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 1, 2019, the Defendant, at around 16:00 on September 1, 2019, stolen cosmetics equivalent to KRW 288,00 in the market price, such as anti-biologicals put in the store display stand, and then stolen cosmetics equivalent to KRW 288,00,00, in plastic bags located in the store display stand located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan.

2. The crime committed on September 8, 2019;

A. On September 8, 2019, at around 15:10 on September 15, 2019, the Defendant stolen cosmetics worth KRW 115,00,00 in a household room, such as a cresh, which was placed in a store display room, in which the victim C’s surveillance was neglected.

B. At around 14:00 on September 8, 2019, the Defendant, at a four-story shop located in Busan Dong-gu, 2019, stolen goods worth KRW 70,000, total market price, such as nutritional agents located in other store display teams, in a way that they contain a gap in the surveillance of the said victim at a four-story shop located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan.
