Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On November 21, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for special larceny at the Seoul Central District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Detention Center on May 18, 2015.

On December 18, 2015, imprisonment with prison labor for larceny was sentenced to three months in the same court on April 7, 2016, and on October 10, 2016, the execution of the sentence was terminated in the Gesung vocational training prison on October 10, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

From around 02:00 on September 25, 2017 to around 02:0, the Defendant stolen goods owned by the victims on nine occasions, as described in the list of crimes, the following means: “D” in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, where the victim E was placed on the floor by taking advantage of the gaps in the victim E’s care, and the victim’s market price was approximately KRW 500,000,000, which was the victim’s possession, from that time to October 12, 2017.
